Creating an account
If you don't have an Rentoholic account yet, go to rentoholic.com and click Sign Up. You can sign up using your email address, Facebook account, Google account. Signing up and creating an Rentoholic account is free.
Children Policy
If you are coming with children, you must contact us directly for all the details. All question you may have are going through our agents and they give all information regarding this question based on individual accommodation policy.
How do I search for a place to stay?
When you search for a place to stay on Rentoholic, you can narrow your options by using filters and reading the descriptions of places to check if they’d be a good fit for your trip. To search for a place to stay: Enter your destination, travel dates, and number of guests. then click Search. If you want, use the filters (for example, area, city, price) to narrow your options. Scroll through the listings or use the map to find listings in the location you want. Click on a listing to open it. To learn more about it, read the description, check the available amenities. If you have any questions, send us a message. Or, if you’re ready to book, request to book the listing. We will be be with you all the way.
When and how am I charged for a reservation?
Once you make a reservation we will contact you for payment details. Reservation is complited and confirmed once your payment is processed by our bank. You will get notifications every time some action is made in process.
How do I cancel my reservation for a place to stay?
You usualy have to make a payment of 5%-20% of total amount of reservation when booking a place, so that amount is used as a cancelation fee. If you cancel, your refund is determined by your host’s cancellation policy. We'll show your refund breakdown before you confirm your cancellation.
How do I know if a listing is available?
As long as you enter your destination, travel dates, and number of guests when searching on Rentoholic, all listings that show should be available for your trip. If not, you will be informed by our agents in shortest period that listing is unavaleble and for what reasons.
How do I become Rentoholic agent?
You can become our agent by contacting us directly and we will explain you the simple and beneficial process of becoming part of our team.
Can I advertise on rentoholic.com?
Yes. You are more then welcomed to do so. Our cheap and partner policy will suite you, all you need to do is contact us and we will guide you trought the proces of becoming our partner.
How do I put my accommodation on Rentoholic?
For now only option is to contact us directly and we will send an agent to visit you and do all the necessary actions to put your accommodation on our site. More options coming soon...
